Within the first three paragraphs you just stated "Hey Everybody, we are updating the dates on all these bullshit alarmist articles we've been writing! Even though the predictions in the 70's were that we were all going to freeze by 2020, and then in the late 80's we were going to by toast by 2010's, then in the early 2000's it was 2017. So now, now we update that scare date to 2050!
BUT DON'T YOU WORRY, WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE FROM CLIMATE CHANGE! AAAAAH!
